Deutsche Telekom darf als erster Netzbetreiber weltweit Reparaturen an iPhones vornehmen
Die Deutsche Telekom wurde weltweit als erster Netzbetreiber von Apple autorisiert, umfangreiche Reparaturen an iPhones außerhalb der Garantiezeit vorzunehmen.
Für die Verbraucher bedeutet dies, das Reparaturkosten dadurch minimiert werden. Die Vertragswerkstadt der Telekom darf einzelne Defekte bei Display, Kamera, Vibrationsalarm oder Glasbruch beheben.
Außerhalb der Garantiezeit verlangte Apple bisher ca. 210 Euro Reparaturpauschale von Kunden ohne AppleCare Protection Plan. Bei Inanspruchnahme diese Services bekam man ein Austauschgerät.
